in 1959, ABBA Roller LLC has evolved into a multi-million
dollar organization poised to take on the technical challenges
of the 21st century as well as the customer service demands which

In March of 1999, ABBA moved into a new 40,000 sq.ft. facility,
spurred by an average growth of 18% for the previous seven years.
This phenomenal growth rate has been fueled by: - Quality workmanship. The average plant employee has 13

Timeline 1980
ABBA developed ARI 1700 silicone compound for DuPont
HRL-24 and Dynachem 300 laminators.
1983
ABBA became an approved Dupont vendor after months
of testing.
1991
ABBA moved from a 9000 sq. ft. plant in the City of
Industry to a 17,425 sq. ft. facility in Chino, California.
1993
ABBA introduced 24-48 hour turnaround time on all laminator
rollers.
1994
ABBA introduced ARI 2000, a silicone compound to withstand
sulfuric acid.
1997
ABBA builds a complete in-house lab and hires a full
time degreed chemist specializing in rubber compounding.
1998
ABBA introduces its technologically advanced AccuTherm® roller.
1999
ABBA moves into its present facility in Ontario, California.
1999
ABBA hires a multi-degreed Engineer, experienced with
rubber rollers in the web processing industry.

ABBA completes construction and testing on its one-of-a-kind
